Abstract

This research is to know the influence of psychological factors, personal factors and social factors on the decision to use Indihome in Depok area. Respondents in this research are Indihome users in Depok Area. This study was conducted on 230 respondents. Data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL) program. The result of this study indicate that the variables psychological factors and social factors significantly influence the decision to use Indihome. This is indicated by the t-value of variables psychological factors and variables social factors showing significant value and supporting the hypothesis. Therefore, the result of the test of this study stated that there is a significant influence between the variables psychological factors and variables social factors on the decision to use Indihome. While personal factors have no effect. Keyword : Psychological factors, Personal factors, Social factors and Decision to use Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Faktor Psikologis, Faktor Pribadi dan Faktor Sosial terhadap keputusan menggunakan Indihome di area Depok. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah Pengguna Indihome area Depok. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 230 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan program Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL).. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Faktor Psikologis dan variabel Faktor Sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan Indihome. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai t-value variabel Faktor Psikologis dan variabel Faktor Sosial menunjukkan nilai yang signifikan dan mendukung hipotesis. Oleh karena itu, hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Faktor Psikologis dan variabel Faktor Sosial terhadap keputusan menggunakan Indihome. Sedangkan Faktor Pribadi tidak berpengaruh. Kata Kunci : Faktor Psikologis, Faktor Pribadi, Faktor Sosial dan Keputusan Menggunakan
