Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the relation between Self Concept with Employability Skills of high school students. Quantitative method and random sampling was used with n = 255. Employability Skills was measured using SCANS ES Tools adaptation, which consist of 24 items and Self Concept was measured using JW Marsh Self Concept Adaptation Which Consist of 23 items. Data was analyzed using pearson correlation analysis in SPSS version 20.0 was used to see relation between Self Concept variable with Employability Skills variable. The results of this research shows that there is a positive relation, which is 0,000 < 0,05 between Self Concept and Employability Skills of high school students with r score : 0,136 Keywords: Self Concept, Employability Skills, High School Students Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan Konsep Diri dengan Employability Skills pada Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan total n= 255 dengan metode random sampling. Konsep Diri diukur menggunakan adaptasi skala Konsep Diri model JW Marsh yang terdiri dari 23 item. Sedangkan Employability Skills menggunakan adaptasi dari SCANS ES Tools yang terdiri dari 24 item. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS versi 20.0 dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi pearson untuk melihat hubungan antara, Konsep Diri sebagai variabel independen dan Employability Skills sebagai variabel dependent. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara Konsep Diri dan Employability Skills pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas, dengan nilai r = 0.136.
