Abstract

Abstrak: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, e-filing, and the role of accout representative in increasing taxpayer compliance. The study was carried out at mutiara taman palem, cengkareng. With the questionnaire data collection method distributed to 100 people, from 1,800 populations. The results of this study are awareness of taxpayers and the application of influential e-filing to improve taxpayer compliance, while the role of Account Representatives does not affect taxpayer compliance. Keywords: Taxpayer awareness, E-filing, Account Representative, taxpayer compliance Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran wajib pajak, penerepan e-filing, dan peran accout representative dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Penelitian dilakukan di pertokoan mutiara taman palem, cengakreng. Dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesoiner yang di sebar kepada 100 orang, dari 1.800 populasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kesadaran wajib pajak dan penerapan e-filing berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak, sedangkan peran Account Representative tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Kata kunci : Kesadaran Wajib Pajak, E-filing, Account Representative, Kepatuhan wajib pajak
