Abstract
The research aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership and compensation on the performance of teachers in Bina Insan Mandiri vocational school. The population of this research is all teachers of Bina Insan Mandiri vocational school are 36 people, the sample used is saturated sample and measured by likert scale. Data was gathered using a questionnaire. Data analysis used the model of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS 24. The result showed that transformational leadership not impact on the performance of teachers, while compensation has positive impact and significant on the performance of teachers in Bina Insan Mandiri vocational school. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Compensation, Teacher Performance. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Bina Insan Mandiri. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Bina Insan Mandiri yang berjumlah 36 orang, sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dan diukur dengan skala Likert. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan model regresi linear berganda dan diolah dengan SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Bina Insan Mandiri. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kompensasi, Kinerja Guru.
