Abstract
High rise building or often referred to as tall buildings would be ideal if you have vertical access such as elevators / elevators, but tall buildings require a lobby elevator design with a level of circulation comfort that meets sufficient standards to support building users effectively, efficiently and provide productivity. good for users of the grand slipi tower building. A design space is said to be good if the users inside feel comfortable using the room. However there are many factors that cause discomfort in circulation and other things in the room, the convenience of circulation in the elevator lobby is important for users in the building, this is the background of researchers to evaluate the circulation convenience in the grand slipi tower building in the lobby planned elevators.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the convenience of user circulation in the elevator lobby area which is one of the most important areas in the Grand Slipi Tower building. Methods of data collection using qualitative methods by means of field observations and questionnaires of respondents. From the results of field observations, it was concluded that the convenience of circulation in the elevator lobby in the grand slipi tower felt uncomfortable with circulation for users in the area causing crossing of circulation in the lobby elevator. Keyword: high-rise building; lobby elevator; circulation convenience High rise building atau sering di sebut dengan bangunan tinggi akan ideal jika memiliki akses vertical seperti lift/elevator, akan tetapi bangunan tinggi membutuhkan desain lobby elevator dengan tingkat kenyamanan sirkulasi yang memenuhi standar yang cukup untuk menunjang pengguna gedung dengan efektif, efisien dan memberikan produktifitas yang baik untuk pengguna gedung grand slipi tower. Sebuah desain ruang dikatakan baik jika para pengguna di dalam nya merasa nyaman dalam menggunakan ruangan tersebut. Namum banyak faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya ketidak nyamanan pada sirkulasi maupun hal yang lain dalam ruangan tersebut, kenyamanan sirkulasi pada lobby elevator hal yang penting bagi pengguna dalam gedung tersebut, hal ini yang menjadi latar belakang peneliti untuk mengevaluasi kenyamanan sirkulasi pada gedung grand slipi tower pada lobby elevator yang sudah direncanakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi kenyamanan sirkulasi penguna pada area lobby elevator yang merupakan salah satu area terpenting pada gedung Grand Slipi Tower. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan cara observasi lapangan dan kuisioner responden. Dari hasil observasi lapangan tersebut disimpulkan bahwa kenyamanan sirkulasi pada lobby elevator di grand slipi tower merasa tidak nyaman dengan sirkulasi untuk para pengguna di area tersebut menyebabkan terjadinya crossing sirkulasi pada lobby elevator.
