Abstract

The increasingly sophisticated technological developments make changes to patterns and lifestyles for modern society. The phenomenon of buying and selling online nowadays is very rapidly growing, where in reality many people are switching from previously transacted through offline stores (physical) to transact online because it is considered easier, save time and cost. In designing user interface for Relaxclat website, using observation method that aims to know the concept of design so that website design can be appropriate in appearance for target users. The result of designing this Relaxclat website as a media campaign and for the convenience of online transactions and brand value for the company. In designing the user interface design for the Relaxclat eCommerce website, it refers to the basic principles of user interface design in order to get the appropriate design results for the website users. Key Word : User Interface Design, Web Design, eCommerce Perkembangan teknologi yang sudah semakin canggih membuat perubahan pada pola serta gaya hidup bagi masyarakat modern. Fenomena jual beli secara online saat ini sudah sangat berkembang dengan cukup pesat, dimana pada realitanya banyak masyarakat yang beralih dari yang sebelumnya bertransaksi melalui toko offline (fisik) menjadi bertransaksi secara online karena dinilai lebih mudah serta menghemat waktu dan biaya. Pada perancangan desain user interface untuk website Relaxclat, menggunakan metode observasi yang bertujuan mengetahui konsep perancangan agar desain website dapat sesuai secara tampilan untuk target pengguna yang dituju. Hasil dari perancangan desain website Relaxclat ini sebagai media promosi maupun demi kemudahan bertransaksi online serta brand value bagi perusahaan. Dalam merancang desain user interface untuk website eCommerce Relaxclat, mengacu kepada prinsip dasar user interface design demi mendapatkan hasil desain yang sesuai dengan para pengguna (user) pengakses website.
