Abstract

Cluster Neo, Pasadena and Villa Golf 1 located in Cikokol Tangerang area which will be implemented FTTH network at that location. Therefore further analysis is needed to enable fiber optic communication network to operate in accordance with optical communication network requirements. Performance analysis of fiber optic communication network on Cluster Neo, Pasadena and Villa Golf 1 is using several parameters, namely Power Budget Link, Rise Time Budget, and Bit error ratio (BER). The analysis is performed on each of the Downstream and Upstream wavelengths. Based on the results of analysis after the simulation on Optisystem, that the network or the design that we have made feasible to operate because it has been in accordance with the requirements of fiber optic communication network. With mathematical calculation results obtained for Link Power Budget with -24.36456 dBm for Downstream and Upstream -27.2182 dBm. The result of mathematical calculation for Rise Time Budget obtained tsys value of 0.263 ns for Downstream and 0.311 ns for Upstream, while the value of tr with NRZ formation for Downstream of 0.281 ns and 0.572 ns for Upstream. For the result of Link Power Budget value use Optisystem simulator equal to -20,980 dBm for Downstream and -23,822 dBm for Upstream. While the BER value is 1.5528x10-33 for Downstream and 1,4169x10-13 for Upstream. Then for the cost required to do this design is Rp.637.164.000 be regarded Six Hundred Thirty Seven Million Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Rupiah.
