Abstract
The phenomenon of Urban Heat Island has direct impact on the behavior of buildings and high rise buildings in big cities. Urban Heat Island occurs due to the dominance of artificial materials that accommodate heat (heat storage) in the city area. As urban temperatures rise, buildings get hotter and thus require more energy to cool them down. From the demand for excessive cooling of the room at the same time the rise of city temperature, resulting in higher energy expenditures, in one of the hotel building, Sheraton Jakarta Gandaria City. Urban Heat Island at night will increase as a result of the difference in average cooling edge to peak in the city center. The temperature difference between urban and surrounding villages can reach 12 ° C in metropolitan cities. The intensity or magnitude of the maximum heat island usually occurs at night when the urban area and sub-urban air temperature differences reach maximum. DKI Jakarta, experienced a very rapid growth, especially in the field of industry, physical development (high buildings, settlements, road hardening) and also the population growth. The result of recapitulation of consumption and cost of electric energy during the last 1 year with total electricity consumption of 7.8 million KWH per year and total electricity energy cost of 9.4 billion per year. Overall from the above graphs and tables shows that electricity consumption tends to be stable, although in the period of April and November 2017 there was a slight increase. This happens because many activities such as weddings and exhibitions in the grand ballroom in that period so that electricity consumption becomes higher. The calculation results using Ecotect software as a reference to explain the detail of the results of desin and simulation Software. Keywords: UHI, Efesiensi Energi, Software Ecotect, Metode CLTD. Fenomena Urban Heat Island berakibat langsung terhadap perilaku bangunan dan gedung bertingkat di kota besar. Urban Heat Island terjadi karena dominasi material buatan yang menampung panas (heat storage) di wilayah kota. Dengan naiknya temperatur kota, gedung-gedung juga semakin panas sehingga perlu energi lebih untuk mendinginkannya. Dari permintaan pemakaian pendinginan ruangan yang berlebihan disaat itu juga naiknya temperatur kota, mengakibatkan usaha pengeluaran energi lebih tinggi, disalah satu gedung hotel yaitu Sheraton Jakarta Gandaria City. Urban Heat Island pada malam hari akan meningkat sebagai akibat perbedaan rata-rata pendinginan pinggiran sampai memuncak di pusat kota. Perbedaan suhu antara urban dan desa di sekelilingnya dapat mencapai 12 °C pada kota- kota metropolitan. Intensitas atau besarnya heat island maksimum biasanya terjadi pada saat malam hari dimana perbedaan suhu udara wilayah urban dan sub-urban mencapai maksimum. DKI Jakarta, mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat terutama dibidang industri, pembangunan fisik (gedung tinggi, pemukiman, pengerasan jalan) dan juga pertumbuhan penduduknya. Hasil rekapitulasi konsumsi dan biaya energi listrik selama kurun waktu 1 tahun terakhir dengan total konsumsi energi listrik sebesar 7,8 juta KWH per tahun dan total biaya energi listrik sebesar 9,4 Milyar per tahun. Secara keseluruhan dari grafik dan tabel diatas menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi energi listrik cenderung stabil, meskipun pada periode bulan April dan November 2017 terjadi sedikit kenaikan. Hal ini terjadi karena banyak kegiatan seperti pernikahan dan pameran di grand ballroom pada periode tersebut sehingga konsumsi listrik menjadi lebih tinggi. Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Ecotect sebagai acuan untuk menjelaskan detail dari hasil desin dan simulasi Software.
