Abstract
Employee performance appraisals are based competency assessment and rating scale that can be more objective and effective . Rating Scale is a tool to obtain data in the form of a list that contains the properties / characteristics of behavior that wants to be investigated should be recorded in increments. Rating Scale parameter used is the weight of each cluster that managerial ability ( 25.33 % ) and engineering capabilities ( 74.66 % ) . Managerial capabilities consist of : flexibility ( 5:01 % ) , confidence ( 12:11 % ) , self-control ( 2.95 % ) , teamwork ( 3:12 % ) , and empathy ( 2:14 % ) . While the technical capabilities consist of : analytical thinking ( 9:55 % ) , proactive / initiatives ( 53.59 % ) , commitment to the organization ( 0.76 % ) , the orientation of customer satisfaction ( 1.91 % ) , and the spirit of achievement ( 8.85 % ) . The final value obtained is used as one of the considerations in the process of reward incentives , competence development and improvement on other positions . Keyword : Assessment of performance , competence , Rating Scale , Evolutionary , Websites , Applications Penilaian kinerja karyawan yang berdasarkan kompetensi dan rating scale sehingga penilaian dapat lebih objektif dan efektif. Rating Scale adalah salah satu alat untuk memperoleh data yang berupa suatu daftar yang berisi tentang sifat/ciri-ciri tingkah laku yang ingin diselidiki yang harus dicatat secara bertingkat. Parameter Rating Scale yang digunakan adalah bobot masing-masing cluster yaitu kemampuan manajerial (25.33%) dan kemampuan teknik (74.66%). Kemampuan manajerial terdiri dari: fleksibilitas (5.01%), percaya diri (12.11%), pengendalian diri (2.95%), kerjasama kelompok (3.12%), dan empati (2.14%). Sedangkan kemampuan teknis terdiri dari: berpikir analitis (9.55%), proaktif / inisiatif (53.59%), komitmen terhadap organisasi (0.76%), orientasi kepuasan pelanggan (1.91%), dan semangat berprestasi (8.85%). Nilai akhir yang didapatkan tersebut digunakan sebagai salah satu pertimbangan dalam proses pemberian reward insentif, pengembangan kompetensi dan rekomendasi peningkatan jabatan lainnya.
