Abstract

Title: Segment Performance Analysis and Signed Intersection at Ciputat Raya Crossroad and Jalan Gedung Hijau City of South Jakarta. Name; Martin, NIM: 41113120034, Advisor: Ir. Alizar, M.T., Year: 2018 The road transportation network is an integral part of urban development in Indonesia. The city's internal system approach suggests the road transportation network as a medium in supporting the movement of people, goods and services. Economic growth causes a person's mobility to increase so that the need for movement increases beyond the capacity of the existing transportation infrastructure system, conditions in the field have a lot of congestion, delays, accidents on highway segments especially in the City of South Jakarta. This final project aims to analyze the performance of segments and signalized intersections in one of the four intersections in the South Jakarta Region, namely The Ciputat Raya Road and The Gedung Hijau Road, the method used is the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. The results of the analysis of the existing intersection performance, obtained an average intersection delay of 297.2 seconds with Level of Service (LOS) F (bad). There are two alternative problem solving used in the study, namely the first alternative to reduce side barriers and the combination of side barrier reduction, but the results are not significant where the average intersection delay is 271.95 seconds, the second alternative is to change the cycle time, signal phase changes and removal of right turn, the result can change the level of service performance of the intersection to be better than before with an average intersection delay of 24.21 (LOS C) Keywords: MKJI, signal intersection analysis, road segment analysis, level of service Jaringan transportasi jalan merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari pembangunan kota di Indonesia. Pendekatan sistem internal kota mengisyaratkan jaringan transportasi jalan sebagai media dalam mendukung aktivitas pergerakan orang, barang dan jasa. Pertumbuhan ekonomi menyebabkan mobilitas seseorang meningkat sehingga kebutuhan pergerakannya meningkat melebihi kapasitas sistem prasarana transportasi yang ada, kondisi di lapangan banyak terjadi kemacetan, tundaan, kecelakaan di ruas-ruas jalan raya khusunya di Kota Jakarta Selatan. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kinerja ruas dan simpang bersinyal di salah satu simpang empat di Wilayah Jakarta Selatan yaitu simpang Jalan Ciputat Raya dan jalan Gedung Hijau, metode yang digunakan adalah Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Hasil analisis kinerja simpang eksisting, didapatkan tundaan simpang rata-rata 297,2 detik dengan Level Of Service (LOS) F (buruk). Terdapat dua alternatif pemecahan masalah yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian yaitu alternatif pertama dengan mengurangi hambatan samping dan kombinasi antara pengurangan hambatan samping, namun hasilnya tidak signifikan dimana tundaan simpang rata-rata 271,95 detik, alternatif kedua dengan melakukan perubahan waktu siklus, perubahan fase sinyal dan penghapusan belok kanan, hasilnya dapat merubah tingkat pelayanan kinerja simpang menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya dengan tundaan simpang rata-rata 24,21 (LOS C) Kata Kunci : MKJI, Analisis simpang bersinyal, analisis ruas jalan, Level of service
