Abstract
At present, technology is growing rapidly over time, making a lot of additional equipment with a certain amount of power that can support and facilitate the work of man in which the use of electric power will continue to increase from year to year. So that the role of electric energy users in Indonesia will increasingly dominate in operating costs of a system. The magnitude of the role requires to maintain the sustainability and stability of energy sources so that the benefits of electric energy can still be felt in the future, given the electrical energy is very important for human survival. So it needs a strategic or innovative step to support the optimal supply of electricity in implementing the national energy policy. In this study, an energy audit was conducted with reference to SNI and regulations in force in Indonesia. The steps to conduct energy audits in office buildings are: Adudit initial energy in which the historical data building in audit to know the value of IKE building. Then performed a detailed energy audit after it was known that the initial IKE was then introduced, analyzed, and suggested the implementation of energy-saving opportunities (PHE). So as to produce some recommendations to improve the efficiency of the use of electrical energy. Based on the results of energy audits, it is known that the largest amount of use in buildings is the AC load with 75% of total electricity usage. While the temperature is in accordance with the level of comfort (SNI), and lighting is still considered less than SNI standards. It is therefore necessary to make savings efforts by reducing the use of air conditioning in the whole by setting the standard temperature of the room, and replacing the energy saving lamp unit (982 Watt power savings) or by adding the lamp unit to meet the lighting levels of each room according to the SNI standard. Pada masa sekarang ini, teknologi semakin berkembang pesat dari waktu ke waktu, menjadikan banyak peralatan-peralatan tambahan dengan besaran daya tertentu yang dapat menunjang dan mempermudah pekerjaan manusia yang dimana penggunaan daya listrik akan terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Sehingga peran pengguna energi listrik di Indonesia akan semakin mendominasi dalam biaya operasional suatu sistem. Besarnya peran tersebut mengharuskan untuk menjaga kelestarian dan stabilitas sumber energi supaya manfaat energi listrik tetap dapat dirasakan di masa depan, mengingat energi listrik merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi kelangsungan hidup manusia. Sehingga perlu adanya langkah strategis atau inovatif untuk menunjang penyediaan listrik secara optimal dalam menerapkan kebijakan energi nasional. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan audit energi dengan mengacu pada SNI dan peraturan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Adapun langkah-langkah untuk melakukan audit energi di bangunan perkantoran yaitu: Adudit energi awal yang mana datadata historis bangunan di audit untuk mengetahui nilai IKE bangunan tersebut. Kemudian dilakukan audit energi rinci setelah diketahui besar IKE awal yang kemudian dilakukan pengenalan, analisis, dan saran implementasi peluang hemat energi (PHE). Sehingga menghasilkan beberapa rekomendasi guna meningkatkan efisiensi terhadap pemakaian energi listrik. Berdasarkan hasil audit energi, diketahui jumlah pemakaian terbesar pada bangunan adalah beban AC dengan jumlah 75 % dari total penggunaan energi listrik. Sedangkan temperatur sudah sesuai dengan tingkat kenyamanan (SNI), serta pencahayaan yang dinilai masih kurang dari standar SNI. Sehingga perlu dilakukan usaha penghematan dengan mengurangi pemakaian AC dalam keseluruhan dengan menetapkan temperatur standar ruangan, dan penggantian terhadap unit lampu hemat energi (penghematan daya sebesar 982 Watt) atau dengan menambahkan unit lampu guna memenuhi tingkat pencahayaan tiap ruangan yang sesuai standar SNI.
