Abstract

Human resources of the company are expected in individuals who have an interest and attitude to his duties, have a high loyalty and commitment to work properly and correctly. The efforts improved the welfare of the employees is very important because it was the creation of the employee relations activities in improving the performance of employees at PT. Syariah Reinsurance Indonesia. The purpose of this research was to find out how the employee relations activities in improving the performance of the employees of PT.Reasuransi Syariah Indonesia. As well as the problems encountered in these activities. How the interaction of verbal and non verbal, and also the results of evaluation activities and to the employee relations activities run by PT. Reasuransi Syariah Indonesia This research is Descriptive research method using qualitative data sources using the technique of taking observations of the participant to which the researcher is not merely a passive observer but also take some role in activities and in-depth interviews to Key Informant and the informant as well as some secondary data obtained from studies of inheritance. And validity of the data was tested with the technique of triangulation. The results of this research concluded that the activities of the employee relations at PT. Reasuransi Syariah Indonesia has been running well despite the absence of the Public Relations Division if more professional in dealing with employee relations activities. The employee considers the activities of the employee relations such as training and educational activities, special events and award programs can help motivate themselves to always give the best results for the company so that its impact also good for employees. Keyword : Activity, Employee Relations, public Relation, Performance Sumber daya manusia yang di harapkan perusahaan adalah individu yang memiliki minat dan sikap yang tinggi terhadap tugas-tugasnya, memiliki loyalitas yang tinggi dan komitmen untuk bekerja dengan baik dan benar. Upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan karyawan merupakan hal yang sangat penting karena itu dibentuknya kegiatan employee relations dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT.Reasuransi Syariah Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kegiatan employee relations dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT.Reasuransi Syariah Indonesia. Serta masalah yang dihadapi dalam kegiatan tersebut. Bagaimana interaksi verbal dan non verbalnya, dan juga hasil kegiatan dan evaluasi untuk kegiatan employee relations yang dijalankan oleh PT.Reasuransi Syariah Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif yang pengambilan sumber datanya menggunakan teknik observasi partisipan yang mana peneliti tidak hanya menjadi pengamat yang pasif melainkan juga menngambil beberapa peran dalam kegiatan yang ada serta wawancara secara mendalam kepada Key Informan dan informan serta beberapa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari studi pusaka. Dan keabsahan data yang diuji dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kegiatan employee relations di PT.Reasuransi Syariah Indonesia sudah berjalan baik walaupun tidak adanya divisi Public Relations yang sekiranya lebih Profesional dalam menangani kegiatan employee relations ini. Karyawan menganggap adanya kegiatan employee relations seperti pelatihan dan pendidikan, kegiatan acara khusus dan program penghargaan tersebut dapat membantu memotivasi diri mereka untuk selalu memberikan hasil terbaik untuk perusahaan sehingga dampaknya juga baik untuk karyawan.
