Abstract

Maintenance is carried out by extinguishing the distribution substation causing the costumer’s electricity supply to go out during maintenance. In January to June 2017 period, total maintenance realization was 135 times with the impact of SAIDI value (System Average Interuption Duration Index) increased. In this research to reduce the value of SAIDI (System Average Interuption Duration Index) is to apply low-voltage mesh network system or known by the minimal method of outages. The minimal method of outages is the method of minimizing the duration of outages due to maintenance by making the mesh system in low voltage network, so that the load in the substation can be backed up by another substation. With the implementation of substation maintenance using the minimal method of outages ,the outages duration can be reduced from 122 minutes to 8.1 minutes. Based on this research the SAIDI’s value (System Average Interruption Duration Index) is 0.0243 minutes / customer. So the method of minimizing maintenance is able to suppress SAIDI value (System Average Interuption Duration Index). Key Word: Maintenance, Mesh Systems, System Average Interuption Duration Index (SAIDI) Pemeliharaan yang dilakukan dengan memadamkan Gardu Distribusi, menyebabkan pasokan listrik pada pelanggan padam selama pemeliharaan berlangsung. Dalam periode Januari hingga Juni 2017, jumlah realisasi pemeliharaan terdapat 135 kali dengan dampak nilai SAIDI (System Average Interuption Duration Index) yang meningkat. Pada penelititan ini, untuk menekan nilai SAIDI (System Average Interuption Duration Index) adalah dengan menerapkan sistem jaringan tegangan rendah mesh / jala-jala atau dikenal dengan metode minim padam. Metode minim padam adalah sebuah metode meminimalisir durasi padam akibat dari pemeliharaan dengan membuat sistem mesh pada jaringan tegangan rendah sehingga beban di gardu dapat di alihkan ke gardu lain. Dengan implementasi pemeliharaan gardu menggunakan metode pemeliharaan minim padam, durasi padam dapat diturunkan dari 122 menit menjadi 8,1 menit. Berdasarkan metode ini Nilai SAIDI (System Average Interuption Duration Index) adalah 0,0243 menit/pelanggan. Sehingga metode pemeliharaan minim padam mampu menekan nilai SAIDI (System Average Interuption Duration Index). Kata Kunci: Pemeliharaan, SAIDI, Sistem Mesh
