Abstract
This study was aimed at clarifying whether the variable of transformasional leadership style significaty influence on employee motivation at cooperative X. The research methods used user were a survey with a quantitative approved and a questionnaire was main instament. The data sampling method used was proportionate distribution sampling (75 employees). The method of analysis used ini this study is simple linier regression. The results of the research show that transformational leadership style is having significant influence (27.2%) on the employess motivation at Cooperative X. Keywords: Transformational Leadership ,employees Motivation Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan Koperasi X. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner (N=75). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan koperasi X sebanyak 75 orang dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sistem dalam pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Proportionate Distribution Sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional secara signifikan (27,2%) mempengaruhi motivasi kerja karyawan koperasi X. Kata kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional , motivasi kerja
