Abstract
This study aims to determine the work-life balance relationship and Job Satisfaction with Turnover Intention for hospitality employees in the Cikarang area. This research is a field study that uses quantitative methods. Respondents used as samples were 105 hotel employees in the Cikarang area. The sampling technique used is Cluster Sampling. Data analysis technique used by using correlation test is spearman correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between Turnover Intention and Work-life Balance. With a Correlation Coefficient value rho = -0.314; p = 0.001 so it can be concluded that the relationship between Turnover Intention and Work-life Balance is the opposite, where the higher the Turnover Intention value, the lower the value of Work-life Balance and vice versa. Whereas between Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction it is known that there is no relationship with Correlation Coefficient rho value = 0.005; p = 0. 962 Keywords: Work-Life Balance , Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan work-life balance dan Job Satisfaction dengan Turnover Intention pada karyawan perhotelan di area Cikarang. Penelitian ini merupakan studi lapangan yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Responden yang digunakan sebagai sampel adalah 105 karyawan hotel di area Cikarang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Cluster Sampling. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan Uji korelasi yaitu analisis korelasi spearman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Turnover Intention dan Work-life Balance. Dengan nilai Correlation Coefficient rho = -0.314; p = 0,001 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan yang dimiliki antara Turnover Intention dan Work-life Balance bertolak belakang, dimana semakin tinggi nilai Turnover Intention maka semakin rendah nilai Work-life Balance dan sebaliknya. Sedangkan antara Turnover Intention dan Job Satisfaction diketahui tidak ada hubungan dengan nilai Correlation Coefficient rho = 0.005; p = 0. 962 Kata Kunci: Work-Life Balance , Job Satisfaction dan Turnover Intention
