Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between work motivation to the employees work performance . The research is done to 87 (eighty seven) subject using saturated sampling method. Data submittal in this research using questionnaire of work motivation and employee performance and using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis techniques, the result showed that the (r) = 0,261 and significance (p) = 0,015. This means that there are relationship between work motivation and employees performance of PT. Saniter Indah. Key Word : work motivation, employee performance Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan PT. Saniter Indah. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 87 (delapan puluh tujuh) subjek dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner motivasi kerja dan kinerja dengan analisis data korelasi Pearson Product Moment dan diperoleh hasil (r)= 0,261 dan signifikansi (p)= 0,015. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan PT. Saniter Indah. Kata kunci: motivasi kerja, kinerja
