Abstract
In this era of globalization has brought many changes, especially in woman. If previously woman only acted as housewifes, then in the modern era now more and more woman are developing their role of being a career woman as well as being a housewife for various reasons. The involvement of woman in the world of work can be both positive and negative. In connection with the conflict experienced, it will have an impact on individual satisfaction, marital satisfaction, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Psychological Capital and Sexual Satisfaction on Happiness in Woman with Multiple Roles. The subjects of this study were woman who had dual roles domiciled in DKI Jakarta Province, aged 20-40 years, as many as 400 subjects. The measuring instruments used are adapted questionnaires, including the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) which adapted from the measuring instruments in the journal Aulia, Irfan and Nur, Ririn (2016) and was used in the journal Diener et al (1985), Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) developed by Luthans et al., (2007), and the New Sexual Satisfaction Scale (NSSS) developed by Aleksandar Stulhofer, Vesna Busko, and Pamela Brouillard in 2010. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that Psychological Capital and Sexual Satisfaction has a significant effect on Happiness in woman that having a dual roles. Keywords : Psychological Capital, Sexual Satisfaction and Happiness Di era globalisasi ini telah membawa banyak perubahan terutama pada wanita. Jika sebelumnya wanita hanya berperan sebagai ibu rumah tangga, maka di era modern sekarang semakin banyak wanita yang mengembangkan perannya yaitu menjadi wanita karier sekaligus menjadi seorang ibu rumah tangga dengan berbagai alasan. keterlibatan perempuan dalam dunia kerja ini dapat bernilai positif maupun negatif. Berkaitan dengan konflik yang dialami tersebut, akan berdampak pada kepuasaan sebagai individu, kepuasan perkawinan, kepuasan pekerjaan, serta kepuasan hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Psychological Capital dan Sexual Satisfaction Terhadap Happiness Pada Wanita Berperan Ganda. Subjek penelitian ini adalah wanita berperan ganda yang berdomisili di Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang berusia 20 – 40 tahun sebanyak 400 subjek. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang telah diadaptasi, diantaranya Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) yang diadaptasi dari alat ukur pada jurnal Aulia, Irfan dan Nur, Ririn (2016)dan telah dipergunakan pada jurnal Diener dkk (1985), Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ)yang dikembangakan oleh Luthans et al., (2007), dan New Sexual Satisfaction Scale (NSSS)yang dikembangakan oleh Aleksandar Stulhofer, Vesna Busko, dan Pamela Brouillard pada tahun 2010. Dari hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Psychological Capital dan Sexual Satisfactionberpengaruh signifikan terhadap Happiness pada wanita berperan ganda.
