Abstract
This study aims to see differences in the level of religiosity and perceptions of hijab in women of emerging adulthood who syar'i hijab, fashion hijab and without hijab. This research uses Sears’s social perception theory and Lisdyastuti’s hijab theory which states that perception of hijab is perception to the hijab user that people have higher level of religiosity than people who do not use hijab. Religion theory Huber and Huber is someone who often worship in accordance with the command of religion with the appreciation of his religion, because for him religion is important. This research uses non experimental quantitative research design, because objective phenomena are studied quantitatively with comparative strategy. The results of this study are; 1) There is a significant difference based on the level of religiosity in women of the emerging adulthood who have a fashioned hijab, syar'i hijab, and without hijab. 2) There is a significant difference based on perceptions on the hijab on women of the emerging adulthood who have a fashioned hijab, syar'i hijab, and without hijab. Keywords: Religiosity, Perception of Hijab Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan tingkat religiusitas dan persepsi terhadap hijab pada wanita usia emerging adulthood yang berhijab modis, berhijab syar’i, dan wanita yang tidak berhijab. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori persepsi sosial Sears dan teori hijab Lisdyastuti yang menyatakan persepsi terhadap hijab adalah persepsi kepada pengguna hijab merupakan orang memiliki tingkat religiusitas yang lebih tinggi dibanding orang yang tidak menggunakan hijab. Teori religiusitas Huber dan Huber adalah seseorang yang sering melakukan ibadah sesuai dengan perintah agama dengan penghayatan terhadap agamanya, karena baginya agama adalah hal yang penting. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif non eksperimental, karena fenomena-fenomena objektif yang dikaji secara kuantitatif dengan strategi komparatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah; 1)Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan berdasarkan tingkat religiusitas pada wanita usia emerging adulthood yang berhijab modis, berhijab syar’i, dan wanita yang tidak berhijab. 2)Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan berdasarkan persepsi terhadap hijab pada wanita usia emerging adulthood yang berhijab modis, berhijab syar’i, dan wanita yang tidak berhijab. .
