Abstract
PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the delivery of cargo goods, especially air cargo. One of the problems is the delayed delivery of goods. The effort to minimize this problem is to use the Six Sigma method of DMAIC steps (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Define Phase using SIPOC Diagram, found problems in the process, namely the process of labeling and marking the goods and the process of moving goods in the warehouse. The Measure Phase obtained a DPMO value of 55906 and was converted to a Sigma value of 3.09. The Analyze phase uses a Fishbone Diagram known to cause problems, namely over-carriage errors, full warehouse / baggage, labeling and marking errors, Damaged Packing, canceled aircraft, lost priority of goods, weather / natural factors, system not updating, nonstandard sop. Improve Phase corrects the causes of problems with FMEA and 5W+1H analysis. Control phase, proposing volunteers for repairs that have not been implemented. Keywords: Analyze, Control, Define, Improve, Measure,Over Cariage, Six Sigma (DMAIC) PT. XYZ merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam pengiriman barang kargo khususnya kargo udara. Salah satu permasalahan yang ada yaitu terjadinya keterlambatan pengiriman barang. Upaya untuk meminimalkan masalah ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode Six Sigma tahapan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Tahap Define menggunakan SIPOC Diagram, ditemukan permasalahan pada proses yaitu proses dalam proses labelling dan marking barang serta proses pemindahan barang digudang. Tahap Measure didapatkan nilai DPMO 55906 dan dikonversi ke nilai Sigma sebesar 3,09. Tahap Analyze menggunakan Fishbone Diagram diketahui penyebab masalah yaitu kesalahan over carriage, gudang/bagasi penuh, kesalahan labeling dan marking, Packing Rusak, pesawat dibatalkan, kalah prioritas barang, faktor cuaca/alam, sistem tidak update, sop tidak baku. Tahap Improve melakukan perbaikan terhadap penyebab permasalahan dengan FMEA dan analisis 5W+1H. Tahap Control, melakukan usulan pengasawan terhadap terhadap perbaikan yang belum dilaksanakan.
