Abstract
Organizational commitment is a form of individual commitment to the organization where he is and is active in all activities that are useful for the organization. PNS organizational commitment in work is also evidenced by the achievement of awards, and their attitude that is willing to serve society better for the advancement of the nation is the meaning of Patriotism . On this basis the author wants to see the relationship between Constructive Patriotism and Organizational Commitment. The results of the study show that there is no relationship between Constructive Patriotism and Organizational Commitment in the City of Tangerang. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Patriotism, PNS. Komitmen organisasi adalah bentuk komitmen individu pada organisasi tempat dia berada dan aktif dalam segala kegiatan yang berguna bagi organisasi, Komitmen organisasi PNS dalam bekerja juga dibuktikan dengan diraihnya penghargaan, dan sikap mereka yang rela melayani masyarakat dengan lebih baik demi kemajuan bangsa hal ini merupakan makna Patriotisme. Atas dasar ini penulis ingin melihat hubungan antara Patriotisme Konstruktif dengan Komitmen Organisasi. Hasil penelitian Menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara Patriotisme Konstruktif dengan Komitmen Organisasi pada pns Kota Tangerang. Kata Kunci : Komitmen Organisasi, Patriotisme, PNS
