Abstract
This study aims to examine the relationship of personality (Big Five) with premarital sexual behavior in the high school students of class XI IPS in Cengkareng. The students were given the scale of Big Five Inventory psychology and the scale of sexual behavior. Psychological scale is distributed to 292 subjects obtained from 21 high schools in kecamatan cengkareng. The results of data analysis from four dimensions in Big Five by Costa and McCrae show that neuroticism, extraversion, openness, agreeableness have no significant relationship with sex behavior. Meanwhile, the conscientiousness dimension has a negative and significant relationship with premarital sex behavior (r = -, 132, p <, 05). That is, if the conscientiousness is high, the premarital sexual behavior is low and vice versa. Keywords: Big Five Personality, Pre-Marriage Sexual Behavior, Adolescent gan perilaku seksual pranikah pada siswa-siswi kelas XI IPS SMA di kecamatan Cengkareng. Para siswa-siswi diberikan skala psikologi Big Five Inventory dan skala perilaku seksual. Skala psikologi disebarkan ke 292 subjek yang terdapat di 21 SMA di kecamatan cengkareng. Hasil analisis data dari empat dimensi dalam Big Five menurut Costa dan McCrae menunjukan bahwa neuroticism, extraversion, openness, agreeableness tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku seks. Sedangkan, dimensi conscientiousness memiliki hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan dengan perilaku seks pranikah (r = -,132 , p < ,05). Artinya, jika conscientiousness tinggi maka perilaku seks pranikahnya rendah dan sebaliknya. Kata Kunci : Kepribadian Big Five, Perilaku seksual Pranikah, Remaja
