Abstract
The cultural diversity is very much, the progress of tourism and the reality of the growing interest of people who want to learn the culture of West Java, it is necessary a cultural center to accommodate these activities and support the development of existing cultural and global arts. The cultural center is expected to be able to present the identity or character of West Java and the City of Bandung, which illustrates the spirit of the era, which is futuristic and innovative, while still paying attention to local wisdom, especially in West Java. Therefore, this final architectural design tries to produce the iconic design of the western Javanese culture center to accommodate community activities, which are related in the arts and culture. Keywords: Cultural Center, West Java Art and Culture Center, Green Architecture, WJACC, and Futuristic Architecture Keberagaman budaya yang sangat banyak, kemajuan pariwisata dan kenyataan semakin besarnya minat masyarakat yang ingin mempelajari kebudayaan Jawa Barat, maka diperlukan pusat kebudayaan untuk menampung aktivitas tersebut serta mendukung pengembangan seni budayalokal dan globalyang ada. Pusat kebudayaan di harapakan dapat mempresentasikan identitas atau karakter Jawa Barat dan Kota Bandung yang menggambarkan semangat jamannya yakni futuristik dan inovatif namun tetap memperhatikan kearifan lokal khususnya di Jawa Barat. Oleh sebab itu, Perancangan arsitektur akhir ini mencoba menghasilak desain pusat budaya jawa barat yang iconic untuk mewadahi aktifitas masyarakat, yang terkait dalam bidang seni dan budaya. Kata Kunci: Pusat Kebudayaan, Pusat Seni dan Budaya Jawa Barat, Arsitektur Hijau, WJACC, dan Arsitektur Futuristik
