Abstract
The research is to know if there’s an influence of the Job enrichment to the performance on the teacher. This research use quantitative approach as the approaches. Total respondent on this research is 130 teachers who are in Islamic school. Sampel selection technique that used in this research is saturated sampling. Job enrichment was measured with a scale that have 10 items on it and for the performance teachers it was also measured with a scale 18 item. This research uses linear regression to know impact between job enrichment to the performance teachers. Result showed that there’s a significant impact between job enrichment to the performance teacher. With the R2 score was 0,325 and the significant score was 0.001, it means that there’s an influence of the job enrichment to the performance teacher. And the results of this research also showed that there are significant differences in the background of the teacher class and position. Keyword : Job enrichment, Performance of Teacher Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh job enrichment terhadap kinerja pada guru di sekolah. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 130 guru yang berada di sekolah Fajrul Islam. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Job enrichment diukur menggunakan skala yang terdiri dari 10 item dan untuk kinerja pada guru diukur menggunakan skala yang terdiri dari 18 item. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear sederhana untuk mengetahui pengaruh job enrichment dan kinerja pada guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara job enrichment dengan kinerja guru. Dengan nilai R 2 sebesar 0.325 dan nilai signifikansi 0.001 yang berarti job enrichment memiliki pengaruh dengan kinerja guru. Dan hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada latar belakang golongan guru dan posisi jabatan. Kata Kunci : Job enrichment, Kinerja Pada Guru
