Abstract
This research was conducted to find correlation between psychological capital and work engagement among generation millennials worker in south jakarta. Total sample is 149 among generation millennias worker who born in 1980-2000 and work in Jakarta were taken by purposive sampling technique. The entrie measuring instruments used in this study using Likert scale models. Measuring instruments used in this study is the Utrecth Work Engagement 9 Scale to measure work engagement and Psychological Capital Questionarre 24 scale to measure psychological capital. The main results of this research show that psychological capital positively correlated significantly with work engagement. This is, the higher psychological capital of one’s own, the higher showing work engagement. Keyword: Psychological Capital, Work Engagement. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan psychological capital dengan work engagement pada pekerja generasi milenial di jakarta selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pekerja generasi milenial yang lahir pada tahun 1980-2000 yang bekerja di wilayah Jakarta Selatan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 149 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Seluruh alat ukur yang digunakan menggunakan skala model Likert. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelirian ini adalah Utrecth Work Engagement Scale 9 Scale untuk mengukur work engagement dan Psychological Capital Questionarre 24 scale untuk mengukur psychological capital. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara psychological capital dan work engagement. Dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat psychological capital yang dimiliki seseorang, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat work engagement orang tersebut. Kata Kunci: Psychological Capital, Work Engagement.
