Abstract
PT. GTU is a company that produces tire and tube tiers and manufacture and SBR (styreme butadion rubber ) fabrics and always deals with problems on the effectiveness of the machinr/equipment caused by the six big losses other consequences caused by damage to the machine/equipment is in the quality of the resuting prduct where the prduct is not in accordance with the quality standards will be if back r discarded.The objek studied in this research is the building machine by measuring the effectiveness of the machine by using OEE method which then continued whit the measurement of OEE six biglosses and from that factor can be searched the biggest factor which resulted the low efficiency value. The date used is the last one year date 2016, and obtained the value OEE ranging from 50.59% to 64.98%, with avaibility value around 65.50% - 72.50% avaibility 70.05%, performance 70.89% - 97.59%, average performance value 86.13%, and quality score 99.43% - 99.62%, average quality value 99.56%, hinghesst OEE value in November 2016 with value 64.98%, and lowest value in October 50.59%, low avaibility value due to downtime is too high, 72.97 hour – 84.86 hours. Keywords : Overall equipment effectiveness ( OEE ), and six big losses building machine PT. GTU adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi ban Tire dan Tube dan memproduksi kain ban dan SBR ( styreme butadin rubber ) dan selalu berkaitan dengan masalah pada efektivitas mesin/peralatan yang diakibatkan six big losses tersebuut. Akibat lain yang ditimbulkan karena kerusakan mesin/peralatan yaitu dalam kualitas produk yang dihasilkan dimana produk yang tidak sesuai dengan standar kualitas akan di olah kembali atau dibuang.Objek yang diteliti pada penelitian ini yaitu mesin Building, dengan melakukan pengukuran efektivitas mesin dengan menggunakan metode OEE yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengukuran OEE six big Losses dan dari faktor tersebut dapat dicari faktor yang terbesar yang mengakibatkan rendahnya efisiensi. Data yang digunakan adalah data satu tahun terakhir 2016, diperoleh nilai ( OEE ) yang berkisar antara 50.59% hingga 64.98%, dengan nilai Avaibility sekitar 65.60% - 72.50% rata – rata nilai Avaibility 70.05%, nilai performance 70.89% - 97.59%, rata – rata nilai performance 86.13%, serta nilai Quality 99.43% - 99.62%, rata – rata nilai quality 99.56%. nilai OEE tertingi pada bulan November 2016 dengan nilai 64.98%, dan nilai terendah pada bulan oktober dengan nilai 50.59%. rendahnya nilai Avaibility disebabkan karena Downtime yang terlalu tinggi yaitu dengan nilai 72.97 jam – 84.86 jam.
