Abstract
Every factory has a goal, to achieve that expected goal, it is suggested to conduct a feasibility analysis. The purpose is to discover whether or not the investment in that factory is worth. In this research, the analysis of feasibility was conducted at XYZ Factory located in Tangerang Regency. The company was analyzed through market and marketing aspect, financial aspect, technical and operational aspect. The market and marketing aspects were analyzed by using measurement device of sample collection which in turn were analyzed through SPSS program. The result showed that these two aspects were feasible. For the financial aspect analysis, the Net Present Value (NPV) was used with the result of IDR 8,193,331,713.11 and Internal Rate of Return (IRP) with 55.38%. Meanwhile, the result of technical and operational aspects one indicated “feasible investment to continue”. From the result those aspects, it was concluded that the XYZ company was feasible to run. Keywords: Smart-Card, The feasibility analysis, Market and marketing analysis, Financial aspect, Technical and operational aspects Setiap perusahaan memiliki tujuan, agar tujuan perusahaan tersebut dapat tercapai sesuai dengan yang diinginkan hendaknya apabila ingin melakukan investasi sebaiknya didahulukan dengan analisa kelayakan. Tujuannya adalah untuk menilai apakah investasi yang akan dilakukan layak atau tidak untuk dijalankan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisa kelayakan pada sebuah perusahaan yaitu PT XYZ di Kabupaten Tanggerang. PT XYZ dianalisa melalui aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek keuangan, dan aspek teknis dan operasi. Aspek pasar dan pemasaran dianalisa menggunakan alat ukur pengambilan sample yang kemudian di olah menggunakan program SPSS dengan hasil layak. Analisa aspek keuangan menggunakan perhitungan NPV (Net Present Value) dengan hasil Rp8.193.331.713,11 dan IRR (Internal Rate of Return) dengan hasil 55,38%. Sementara aspek teknis dan operasi memiliki hasil layak untuk diteruskan investasinya. Dengan hasil analisa masing-masing aspek tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT XYZ layak untuk diteruskan.
