Abstract
Title: Analysis of Cisadane River Watershed Flood Discharge Using HEC-HMS Software Case Study of Sukajadi Village, Karawaci District, Tangerang City, Banten Province, Name: Yusup Ramdani, Nim: 41113110109, Advisor: Ika Sari Damayanthi Sebayang, ST, MT, 2018 . The Cisadane River is one of the largest rivers in the Pasundan Tatars, Java, which empties into the Java Sea. The total area of the Cisadane watershed is around 154,654 ha, which crosses 44 sub-districts in 5 regencies / cities, namely Bogor Regency, Bogor City, Tangerang Regency, Tangerang City, and South Tangerang. In the stage of structuring and utilizing the city area, especially in the Cisadane watershed, Sukajadi Village, Karawaci Subdistrict, the Tangerang City Government is currently preparing itself and fixing the Cisadane River banks. To provide information regarding the calculation of flood discharge using the HEC-HMS software program by comparing its value with manual calculations, the results can be used as a reference for planning a sheet design, so that if the planning is done properly, the area can be protected properly from flooding. Analysis of Q2th, Q10th, Q20th, Q50th, Q100th, was calculated using Nakayasu Synthetic Unit Hydrograph method, Snyder Synthetic Unit Hydrograph and HEC-HMS software version 4.2.1 on plan rainfall analysis. Nakayasu's HSS method obtained Q2th of 4166.57 m³ / sec, Q5th of 7359,084 m³ / sec, Q10th of 10532.78 m³ /sec, Q20th of 16232,325 m³ /sec, Q50th of 22062.95 m³ /sec and Q100th of 75274.2 m³ / sec. The Snyder HSS method obtained Q2th of 3215.1 m³ / sec, Q5th of 4667.6 m³ / sec, Q10th of 6679.9 m³ / sec, Q20th of 10294.1 m³ / sec, Q50th of 13991.3 m³ / det and Q100th of 47732.4 m³ / sec. The value of the HEC-HMS Q2th simulation software is 5138.0 m³ / det, Q5th is 10678.0 m³ / sec, Q10th is 17046.0 m³ / sec, Q20th is 29717.8 m³ / sec, Q50th is 43626.1 m³ / det and Q100th is 181774.1 m³ / det. The height of the Nakayasu HSS Method Q2th, Q5th, Q10th, Q20th, Q50th, Q100th, obtained 2 meters. The height of the Snyder HSS Q2th and Q5th = 1.2 m, Q10th = 1.5 meters, Q20th, Q50th, Q100th, obtained 2 meters. The height of the HEC-HMS Q2th, Q5th, Q10th, Q20th, Q50th, Q100th software simulation was obtained 2 meters. Keywords: Analysis of flood discharge, Cisadane River, HEC-HMS. Sungai Cisadane adalah salah satu sungai terbesar di Tatar Pasundan, Pulau Jawa, yang bermuara ke Laut Jawa. Luas DAS Cisadane seluruhnya sekitar 154.654 ha, yang melintasi 44 kecamatan di 5 Kabupaten/kota yaitu Kabupaten Bogor, Kota Bogor, Kabupaten Tangerang, Kota Tangerang, dan Tangerang selatan. Dalam tahap penataan dan pemanfaatan wilayah kota khususnya di DAS Cisadane Desa Sukajadi Kecamatan Karawaci, Pemerintah Kota Tangerang saat ini sedang bersiap diri dan membenahi daerah bantaran Sungai Cisadane. Untuk memberikan informasi terkait perhitungan debit banjir dengan menggunakan program perangkat lunak HEC-HMS dengan membandingkan nilainya dengan perhitungan manual,hasilnya dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk perencanaan desain turap, sehingga bila perencanan dilakukan dengan baik, maka area tersebut dapat terlindung dengan baik dari banjir. Analisa Q2th, Q10th, Q20th, Q50th, Q100th, dihitung menggunakan metode Hidrograf Satuan Sintetis Nakayasu, Hidrograf Satuan Sintetis Snyder dan Perangkat lunak HEC-HMS versi 4.2.1 terhadap analisis curah hujan rencana. Metode HSS Nakayasu diperoleh Q2th sebesar 4166.57 m³/det, Q5th sebesar 7359.084 m³/det, Q10th sebesar 10532.78 m³/det, Q20th sebesar 16232.325 m³/det, Q50th sebesar 22062.95 m³/det dan Q100th sebesar 75274.2 m³/det. Metode HSS Snyder diperoleh Q2th sebesar 3215.1 m³/det, Q5th sebesar 4667.6 m³/det, Q10th sebesar 6679.9 m³/det, Q20th sebesar 10294.1 m³/det, Q50th sebesar 13991.3 m³/det dan Q100th sebesar 47732.4 m³/det. Nilai dari simulasi perangkat lunak HEC-HMS Q2th sebesar 5138.0 m³/det, Q5th sebesar 10678.0 m³/det, Q10th sebesar 17046.0 m³/det, Q20th sebesar 29717.8 m³/det, Q50th sebesar 43626.1 m³/det dan Q100th sebesar 181774.1 m³/det. Tinggi jagaan dari Metode HSS Nakayasu Q2th, Q5th, Q10th, Q20th, Q50th, Q100th, diperoleh 2 meter. Tinggi jagaan dari Metode HSS Snyder Q2th dan Q5th = 1.2 m, Q10th = 1.5 meter, Q20th, Q50th, Q100th, diperoleh 2 meter. Tinggi jagaan dari simulasi perangkat lunak HECHMS Q2th, Q5th, Q10th, Q20th, Q50th, Q100th, diperoleh 2 meter. Kata kunci: Analisa debit banjir, Sungai Cisadane, HEC-HMS.
