Abstract

In the industrial world competition, companies are required to produce quickly, precisely and efficiently in order to achieve targeted production. And on the other hand it can reduce work accidents caused by human error and unsafe conditions. In the manufacture of flywheel products have 13 times the operation process such as cover magnet press and press coulking. Where every process is run by one man power. To improve the efficiency of the production process, a combination of several production processes is carried out without changing the installation standard. In this case the combined process is the process of press cover magnet press with the press coulking process. This jig design will be able to accelerate the flywheel assy production process and reduce production costs. Thus the efficiency of the manufacturing process of a product can be improved and the products produced have high precision and precision. The results of the jig creation have been found that this jig coulking is safe to use. And meet the standards of quality and quantias that exist. And can save production costs of Rp 183,149,169.23 / year. Key word: jig, jig coulking, flywheel, press coulking, efisiensi Dalam persaingan dunia industri, perusahaan dituntut untuk memproduksi secara cepat, tepat dan efisien agar mencapai produksi sesuai target. Dan disisi lain juga dapat mengurangi kecelakaan kerja yang disebabkan oleh human error dan unsafe condition. Pada pembuatan produk flywheel memiliki 13 kali proses operasi diantaranya press cover magnet dan press coulking. Dimana setiap proses dijalankan oleh 1 man power. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksi maka dilakukan penggabungan beberapa proses produksi tanpa mengubah standar pemasangan. Dalam hal ini proses yang di gabung yaitu proses press cover magnet dengan proses press coulking. Perancangan jig ini akan dapat mempercepat proses produksi assy flywheel dan mengurangi biaya produksi. Dengan demikian efisiensi proses manufaktur suatu produk dapat ditingkatkan dan produk yang di hasilkan memiliki ketelitian dan kepresisian yang tinggi. Hasil dari pembuatan jig telah didapatkan bahwa jig coulking ini aman di gunakan. Dan memenuhi standar kualitas dan kuantias yang ada. Serta dapat menghemat biaya produksi sebesar Rp 183.149.169,23 /tahunnya. Kata kunci : jig, jig coulking, flywheel, press coulking, efisiensi
