Abstract

Generally vibration is an important parameter in the maintenance of industrial machinery. The two degrees of freedom system is widely used in vibration modeling or analysis in vehicles where the vehicle is modeled in "half cars". in this analysis writer analyzes characteristic damped forced vibration of two degree of freedom system (2DOF) With did the simulation ansys and validation with experiment. Of the study express that the results of a simulation ansys the frequency of influenced by the fact stiffness a spring A , k = 144 N/m, spring B, k =238 N/m, spring C, k =476 N/m Where the bigger stiffness a spring then it would be more much value the frequency. The results show the value of the same frequency between ansys and experimentation, That is to a spring A with k = 144 N/m at the frequency of 5 Hz dan 7 Hz, To a spring B with k = 238 N/m at the frequency of 6 Hz and 8 Hz, and for a spring C with k = 476 N/m at the frequency of 9 Hz and 11 Hz. Keyword:2DOF, Damped Forced Vibration, Ansys Umumnya getaran merupakan salah satu parameter penting dalam pemeliharaan mesin industri. Sistem dua derajat kebebasan banyak digunakan pada permodelan atau analisis getaran pada kendaraan dimana kendaraan tersebut dimodelkan dalam “half Cars”, dalam analisis ini penulis menganalisa fenomena getaran paksa dengan redaman dari sistem dua derajat kebebasan (2DOF) dengan melakukan simulasi Ansys dan validasi dengan eksperimen. Dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil simulasi Ansys frekuensi dipengaruhi oleh nilai kekakuan pegas A, k = 144 N/m, pegas B, k =238 N/m, pegas C, k =476 N/m dimana semakin besar kekakuan pegas maka semakin besar nilai frekuensi. Diperoleh hasil penelitian nilai frekuensi yang sama antara Ansys dan Eksperimen, yaitu untuk pegas A dengan k = 144 N/m pada frekuensi 5 Hz dan 7 Hz, untuk pegas B dengan k = 238 N/m pada frekuensi 6 Hz dan 8 Hz, dan untuk pegas C dengan k = 476 N/m pada frekuesi 9 Hz dan 11 Hz.
