Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the description of justice perceptions related to the legal process of corruptors. This study uses qualitative phenomenological methods. The subjects in this study amounted to 3 people with the criteria of prisoners who are serving criminal penalties. Data obtained using semi-structured interview methods. The analytical approach used is the Interpretative Phenomenology Analysis (AFI) or Interpretative Phenomenology Analysis (IPA). The results of the data analysis revealed that injustice was felt by corruption inmates against procedural justice, distribution justice and interactional justice. A description of the perception of justice related to the legal process on corruptors based on Faturochman's justice theory. The three subjects felt unfairly treated according to procedural, distribution and interactional justice rules. Keywords: Justice, Corruption, Perception Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi keadilan terkait proses hokum pada koruptor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenologi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang dengan kriteria narapidana yang sedang menjalani hukuman pidana. Data yang diperoleh menggunakan metode wawancara semi terstruktur. Pendekatan analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Fenomenologi Intepretatif (AFI) atau Interpretative Phenomenologi Analysis (IPA). Hasil analisa data diketahui bahwa ketidakadilan dirasakan narapidana korupsi terhadap keadilan prosedural, keadilan distribusi dan keadilan interaksional. Gambaran persepsi keadilan terkait proses hokum pada koruptor berdasarkan teori keadilan Faturochman. Ketiga subjek merasa diperlakukan tidak adil menurut aturan keadilan secara prosedural, distribusi, dan interaksional. Kata Kunci: Keadilan, Koruptor, Persepsi
