Abstract
PT. CROMWELL TOOLS is a company engaged in the field of general supplier of the industry located in the center of the capital city of East Jakarta precisely. The company that has a base in the UK, realized the amount of potential sales in the field of industry. Thus establishing the company on August 15, 2013 with the purpose of business meet various needs of industries throughout Indonesia. Products with the most sales from July 2016 to June 2017 are YMT5361440K (metered), KEN5829732K (ratchet) and KEN5824470K (socket), the problem that arises in such products is the demand for goods is greater than the arrival of goods from the UK. Such shortcomings will result in unmet dealer needs every month. Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) is an appropriate method of planning and scheduling goods to improve the distribution process. The first step to forecasting with Linear method, Exponential Smothing and Moving Average with the help of software QM For Windows V5. Then Linear forecasting method with the lowest error value based on MAD, MSE and MAPE method performed tracking signal analysis using MRC. After the data meet the criteria of the control chart followed by counting the lot size with the LFL (Lot For Lot) method, POQ (Period Order Quantity) and EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). Based on the calculation of lot sizing product meter total cost least small use method LFL (Lot For Lot) that is Rp49.638.180, ratchet product Total least cost using LFL (Lot For Lot) method that is Rp14.891.454 and Socket product total cost the smallest method using LFL (Lot For Lot) is Rp.9.927.636. CROMWELL TOOLS merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang general supplier industri berlokasi di pusat Ibu Kota tepatnya Jakarta Timur dan berbasis di Inggris. Produk dengan penjualan terbanyak dari bulan Juli 2016 sampai dengan Juni 2017 adalah YMT5361440K (meteran), KEN5829732K (ratchet) dan KEN5824470K (socket), permasalahan yang timbul pada produk tersebut adalah permintaan barang lebih besar dibandingkan kedatangan barang dari UK. Kekurangan tersebut akan berakibat kebutuhan dealer yang tidak terpenuhi setiap bulannya. Distribution Requirment Planning (DRP) merupakan metode yang tepat dalam melakukan perencanaan dan penjadwalan barang untuk meningkatkan proses distribusi. Langkah pertama melakukan peramalan dengan metode Linear, Eksponential Smothing dan Moving Average dengan bantuan software QM For Windows V5. Lalu metode peramalan Linear dengan nilai error terendah berdasarkan metode MAD, MSE dan MAPE dilakukan analisa tracking signal menggunakan MRC. Setelah data memenuhi kriteria peta kendali dilanjutkan dengan menghitung lot size dengan metode LFL (Lot For Lot), POQ (Period Order Quantity) dan EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). Berdasarkan perhitungan lot sizing produk meteran total biaya paling kecil menggunakan metode LFL (Lot For Lot) yaitu Rp.49.638.180, produk ratchet Total biaya paling kecil menggunakan metode LFL (Lot For Lot) yaitu Rp.14.891.454 dan produk Socket total biaya paling kecil menggunakan metode LFL (Lot For Lot) yaitu Rp.9.927.636.
