Abstract

PT Telkom Access Network Planning & Data Inventory Division (NPDI) is a Division specializing in fiber optic network design. The operational areas of PT Telkom Access including NPDI are located throughout the archipelago, so precise and accurate data and information is needed. Design activities conducted using GE Smallworld application with the distribution of work or order every day is not evenly distributed and for the results of each order can not be accommodated in each application. Responding to the above, with the targeting approach using the Management by Objectives (MBO) method, it will perform the process of analysis and design of the Key Performance Individual information system. Hopefully with this application can be a solution for the company PT Telkom Access, Network Planning & Data Inventory Division (NPDI) to overcome all problems that occur related to employee performance. Keywords: Analysis and Design, Key Performance Individual, Information System PT Telkom Akses Divisi Network Planning & Data Inventory (NPDI) merupakan Divisi yang khusus menangani design jaringan fiber optic. Wilayah operasi PT Telkom Akses termasuk NPDI berada di seluruh kawasan nusantara, sehingga kebutuhan terhadap data dan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat sangat dibutuhkan. Kegiatan design dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi GE Smallworld dengan pembagian pekerjaan atau order setiap harinya belum terdistribusi secara merata dan untuk hasil dari setiap pekerjaan belum dapat terakomodir di setiap aplikasi. Menanggapi hal diatas, dengan pendekatan penentuan target menggunakan metode Management by Objectives (MBO), maka akan dilakukan proses analisa dan perancangan sistem infomasi Key Performance Individu. Semoga dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat menjadi solusi bagi perusahaan PT Telkom Akses, Divisi Network Planning & Data Inventory (NPDI) untuk mengatasi segala permasalahan yang terjadi yang berkaitan dengan performansi karyawan.
