Abstract

Web-based e-distributor application is a useful application to accelerate the company's operational activities such as search data vendors at PT Hopelmar International. This application also features supporting features such as data profile replacement for every vendor that has been registered. Then, in this system each vendor is able to view information from other vendors thoroughly ranging from company information to product details made by the company. In the development of this e-distributor application, the authors got directions first from the field supervisor to determine the concepts and methods that will be used to do development on this system. This e-distributor application is created by using Scrum method as system development method in determining what requirements are inside. Then this application also uses PHP programming language with Sublime TEXT 3 as its editor, and for database management using SQL and PHPMyAdmin as storage media. With the development of this web-based e-distributor application, company admin can perform transaction ordering and product payment to vendor. In addition to the admin, the director can also view some reports such as purchases and payments reports that have been made. Keywords: e-distributor, scrum, requirements, vendors Aplikasi e-distributor berbasis web ini merupakan suatu aplikasi yang berguna untuk mempercepat kegiatan operasional perusahaan seperti pencarian data vendor pada PT Hopelmar Internasional. Aplikasi ini juga dilengkapi fitur pendukung seperti penggantian data profile bagi setiap vendor yang telah terdaftar. Lalu, di sistem ini setiap vendor mampu melihat informasi dari vendor-vendor lain secara menyeluruh mulai dari informasi perusahaan hingga detail produk yang dibuat oleh perusahaan tersebut. Dalam pengembangan aplikasi e-distributor ini, penulis mendapat arahan terlebih dahulu dari pembimbing lapangan untuk menentukan konsep serta metode yang akan digunakan untuk melakukan pengembangan pada sistem ini. Aplikasi e-distributor ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode Scrum sebagai metode pengembangan sistem dalam menentukan requirements apa saja didalamnya. Lalu aplikasi ini juga menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan Sublime TEXT 3 sebagai editornya, dan untuk pengelolaan databasenya menggunakan SQL dan PHPMyAdmin sebagai media penyimpanannya. Dengan dikembangkannya aplikasi e-distributor berbasis web ini, admin perusahaan dapat melakukan transaksi pemesanan dan pembayaran produk kepada vendor. Selain admin, pihak direktur juga dapat melihat beberapa laporan seperti laporan pembelian dan pembayaran yang telah dilakukan. Kata kunci: e-distributor, scrum, requirements, vendor
