Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Debt Policy and Liquidity on Dividend simultaneously and partially. The method that used in this research is causality research with purposive sampling as the sampling method. This research is using 10 companies as samples out of a total population of 24 food and beverages manufacturing industries and Pharmacy that is listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and published annual report in the period of 2012-2016 that used Rupiah. The analysis technique that is used on this research is multiple linier regression with SPSS software version 23.0. This research concluded that Debt Policy that was proxied into DER didn’t has significant influence on Dividend that was proxied into DPR. While the Liquidity that was proxied into Current Ratio (CR) were proved has significant and positive influence on DPR. The result of F test shows that Debt Policy (DER) is simultaneously had significant influence on Dividend (DPR) moderated by Liquidity (CR) . Key words : Debt Policy,Liquidity, Dividend,Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio,Dividend Payout Ratio, DER,CR,DPR, and Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kebijakan Hutang terhadap Dividen yang dimoderasi oleh Likuiditas baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal dengan purposive sampling sebagai metode sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan 19 perusahaan sebagai sampel dari total 24 perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman dan sub sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan menerbitkan laporan keuangan tahunan tahun 2012-2016 dan menggunakan mata uang rupiah. Teknik analisis yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS versi 23.0. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Kebijakan Hutang dengan proksi Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Dividen dengan proksi DPR. Likuiditas dengan proksi Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap DPR. Hasil dari Uji F menunjukkan bahwa Kebijakan Hutang (DER) berpengaruh terhadap Dividen (DPR) dengan dimoderasi oleh Likuiditas (CR) Kata kunci : Kebijakan Hutang, Dividend, Likuiditas, Debt to Equity Ratio, Dividend Payout Ratio, Current Ratio, DER,DPR, CR dan Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)
