Abstract
The chair is a mabel or funiture that is very important in supporting family activities, especially in the interaction room. The size of the interaction space can also determine the selection of seats so that the maximum use of the seat. Today's flats do not have a large guest house size so they need a solution so that the living room can have complete furniture for its function. Chairs that have more or more multifunctional functions are also very necessary for homeowners with a non-spacious living room. Chairs with other functions can make a solution for the owner of a minimalist living room. The research method by searching data in the form of images from various forms of multifunctional chairs from various sources on the internet. Then the designer analyzes the data based on the data obtained by classifying various types and shapes of multifunctional living room chairs. After analyzing the data, it can be concluded that the model of a multifunctional chair is suitable for consideration of making chairs by adding other functions. The purpose of this final project is to produce products that can reduce or even overcome the problem of apartment dwellers on the furniture they use to meet their needs and conduct ironing activities more efficiently. So that residents of flats who have a limited living room can still have complete furniture for its function. Keywords: chairs, dwifungsi, multifunction space, flats, ironing Kursi merupakan mabel atau funiture yang sangat penting dalam menunjang aktifitas keluarga terutama pada ruang interaksi. Ukuran ruang interaksi juga dapat menentukan pemilihan kursi agar pemanfaatan kursi lebih maksimal. Rumah susun saat ini tidak memiliki ukuran ruamg tamu yang besar sehingga memerlukan solusi agar ruang tamu tersebut dapat memiliki furniture yang lengkap akan fungsinya. Kursi yang memiliki fungsi lebih atau multifungsi juga sangat diperlukan bagi pemilik rumah dengan ruang tamu yang tidak luas. Kursi dengan fungsi lain dapat menjadikan satu solusi untuk pemilik ruang tamu yang minimalis. Metode penelitian dengan pencarian data berupa gambar-gambar dari berbagai bentuk kursi multifungsi dari berbagai sumber di internet. Kemudian perancang melakukan analisis data berdasarkan data yang di dapat dengan cara mengklasifikasikan berbagai jenis dan bentuk kursi ruang tamu yang multifungsi. Setelah menganalisa data didapat kesimpulan model bentuk kursi multifungsi yang sesuai untuk dijadikan bahan pertimbangan pembuatan kursi dengan menambahkan fungsi lain. Tujuan tugas akhir ini adalah menghasilkan produk yang dapat mengurangi atau bahkan mengatasi permasalahan penghuni rumah susun terhadap furniture yang mereka gunakan agar memenuhi kebutuhan dan melakukan kegiatan menyetrika lebih efisien. Sehingga penghuni rumah susun yang memiliki ruang tamu yang terbatas tetap bisa memiliki furniture yang lengkap akan fungsinya. Kata kunci : kursi, dwifungsi, ruang serbaguna, rumah susun, menyetrika
