Abstract
Title: Analysis of Flood Discharge Plan On Ciberang Sungai Lebak district of Banten province, Name: Ponco Kusnandar, Nim: 41113120043, Supervisor: Ika Sari Damayanthi Sebayang, ST, MT, 2018. One of the natural phenomenon that threatens the existence of human life in some regions in Indonesia every rainy season enter the flood. Because the floods can cause casualties, damage buildings, agricultural land, facilities & infrastructure, environment. Flooding occurs due to several factors, including high rainfall and reduced river cross-sectional capacity so that the dimensions of the river channel are not sufficient to accommodate the flow of existing river flows. In January of 2016 three people were killed dragged by the flow of Ciberang River, Lebak District, as reported daily newspaper Kabar Banten 05 January 2016 edition. The reason for the overflow of the river into the settlement houses. To provide information regarding the calculation of flood discharge using the HECHMS software program by comparing the value with manual calculations, the results can be used as a reference for flood mitigation. Analysis, Q10th, Q20th, Q50th, Q100th, was calculated using Nakayasu Synthetic Unit Hydrograph method, Snyder Synthetic Unit Hydrograph and HEC-HMS software version 4.2.1 on plan rainfall analysis. The Nakayasu HSS method obtained Q5th of 70,199 m³/sec, Q10th of 77,413 m³/sec, Q20th of 85,582 m³/sec, Q50th of 91,064 m³/sec and Q100th of 96,089 m³/sec. Snyder's HSS method obtained Q5th of 54,958 m³/sec, Q10th of 60,611 m³/sec, Q20th of 66,911 m³/sec, Q50th of 71,139 m³/det and Q100th of 75,014 m³/sec. The value of Q5th HECHMS software simulation is 42.8 m³/sec, Q10th is 48.4 m³/sec, Q20th is 55.1 m³/sec, Q50th is 59.7 m³/sec and Q100th is 64 m³/sec. Qekisting is 30.71 m³/sec. The height of the Nakayasu HSS Q10th, Q20th, Q50th, and Q100th methods obtained 0.6 meters. The purpose of this study was to obtain the amount of flood discharge planned by the Ciberang River, Lebak Regency. The data used in this study are secondary data from the Institute of Survey Coordination Agency and the Ciberang River Basin and field measurement data. Salah satu fenomena alam yang mengancam keberadaan hidup manusia di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia setiap masuk musim penghujan yaitu banjir. Karena banjir dapat menimbulkan korban jiwa, merusak bangunan, lahan pertanian, sarana & prasarana, lingkungan hidup. Banjir terjadi disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya curah hujan yang tinggi dan berkurangnya kapasitas penampang sungai sehingga dimensi saluran air sungai tidak cukup untuk menampung debit aliran sungai yang ada. Pada bulan Januari tahun 2016 tiga orang tewas terseret arus Sungai Ciberang, Kabupaten Lebak, seperti diberitakan harian Kabar Banten edisi 05 januari 2016. Penyebabnya karena meluapnya aliran Sungai ke pemukiman rumah warga. Untuk memberikan informasi terkait perhitungan debit banjir dengan menggunakan program perangkat lunak HEC-HMS dengan membandingkan nilainya dengan perhitungan manual,hasilnya dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk mitigasi banjir. Analisa, Q10th, Q20th, Q50th,Q100th, dihitung menggunakan metode Hidrograf Satuan Sintetis Nakayasu, Hidrograf Satuan Sintetis Snyder dan Perangkat lunak HEC-HMS versi 4.2.1 terhadap analisis curah hujan rencana. Metode HSS Nakayasu diperolehQ5th sebesar 70.199 m³/det, Q10th sebesar 77.413 m³/det, Q20th sebesar 85.582 m³/det, Q50th sebesar 91.064 m³/det dan Q100th sebesar 96.089 m³/det. Metode HSS Snyder diperoleh Q5th sebesar 54.958 m³/det, Q10th sebesar 60.611 m³/det, Q20th sebesar 66.911 m³/det, Q50th sebesar 71.139 m³/det dan Q100th sebesar 75.014 m³/det. Nilai dari simulasi perangkat lunak HEC-HMS Q5th sebesar 42.8 m³/det, Q10th sebesar 48.4 m³/det, Q20th sebesar 55.1 m³/det, Q50th sebesar 59.7 m³/det dan Q100th sebesar 64 m³/det. Qekisting adalah 30.71 m³/det. Tinggi jagaan dari Metode HSS Nakayasu Q10th,Q20th, Q50th,Q100th diperoleh 0.6 meter. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memperoleh besaran debit banjir rencana Sungai Ciberang, Kabupaten Lebak. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari instansi Badan Koordinasi Survey dan Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Ciberang & data pengukuran lapangan.
