Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a conflict corelation work family conflict with the fear of success in Psychology students Mercubuana University. This research approach using quantitative. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling. The number of subject of this research is 80 people from Mahaswiswa Faculty of Psychology, University of Mercu Buana Jakarta. Data processing using the program SPSS 23.0 and the results revealed The value of significance = 0,000 <α = 0.05, with the exchange rate obtained for 0.868> 0.05 then Ho is rejected, ie there is a corelation between Work Family Conflicts with Fear of Success at Psychology Student of Mercu University Buana. Results Based on Work Family Conflict Research experienced by Falkutas Psychology Student of Mercu Buana University is in low category Average value of result 53. 3000. The result of research indicates that the level of Fear for Success (Fear of Success) experienced by the student of Faculty of Psychology Universitas Mercubuana is in high category with its Empirical Mean rising value of 83.7375. Keywords: Work Family Conflict, Fear of Success Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan konflik peran ganda dengan fear of success pada mahasiswi Psikologi Universitas Mercubuana. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah subyek penelitian ini yaitu 80 orang dari Mahaswiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta . Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 23.0 dan hasil di ketahui Nilai signifikansi = 0.000 < α = 0.05, dengan nilai korelasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0.868 > 0.05 maka Ho ditolak, yaitu ada hubungan antara Konflik Peran Ganda dengan Fear of Success pada Mahasiswi Psikologi Universitas Mercu Buana. Berdasarkan Hasil deskriptif Penelitian menunjukkan tingkat Konflik Peran Ganda yang dialami oleh Mahasiswi Falkutas Psikologi Universitas Mercu Buana berada dalam katagori rendah Mean empiris nya memperoleh nilai sebesar 53. 3000. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat Ketakutan untuk Sukses ( Fear of Success) yang dialami oleh Mahasiswi Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Mercubuana berada dalam katagori tinggi dengan Mean empiris nya memperoleh nilai sebesar 83.7375. Kata kunci: konflik peran ganda, fear of success
