Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of transformasional leadership and commitment organization on employee performance. The object in this research is employee who work in PT. Agung Jaya that located in Jakarta. This research have been conducted toward all employee with 42 total respondent. The sampling technique used sampling saturated. This research used quantitative approach. The research design that have been used is causal research. The data that has been taken is questionnaire data that has been distributed to employes of PT. Agung Jaya. The data analysis that used in this research is statistical analysis in a form of multiple linear regression with SPSS version 23. The result of this research shows that transformational leadership variable positively and significantly effect on employee performance, and organization commitment positively and significantly effect on employee performance PT. Agung Jaya. Keyword : transformational leadership, organization commitment, employee performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Agung Jaya yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 42 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian kausal. Data yang diambil merupakan data kuesioner terhadap karyawan PT. Agung Jaya. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda dengan apikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Agung Jaya. Kata Kunci : kepemimpinan transformasional, komitmen organisasi, kinerja karyawan
