Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze the Effect of Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction Against Employee Performance at PT. Xyz Finance. The object of this research is employees who work in the headquarters of PT. Xyz Finance located in Jakarta. The sample used is purposive sampling that is 68 respondents from the population of 207 employees. Data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of coefficient determination test R2 and test result (t). The results of this study simultaneously have a positive influence on Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Xyz Finance in Jakarta. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing shows the value of R2 0.404 means that 40.4% employee performance variables can be explained by work discipline variables and job satisfaction, the remaining 59.6% (100% - 40.4%) is explained by other variables. From the test results (t) also shows the significance of the discipline of work with (0,000 <0.05) and job satisfaction with (0.000 <0.05) then the result of Ho decision is rejected, partially discipline work (X1) and job satisfaction (X2 ) have a significant effect on employee performance variable (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Xyz Finance. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di kantor pusat PT. Xyz Finance yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu 68 responden dari populasi sebanyak 207 karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji koefisien determinasi R2 dan hasil uji (t). Hasil penelitian ini secara simultan berpengaruh positif Disiplin Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada perusahaan PT. Xyz Finance di Jakarta. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai R2 0,404 artinya 40,4% varibel kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja, sisanya 59,6% (100% - 40,4%) dijelaskan oleh variabel lain. Dari hasil uji (t) juga menunjukka nilai signifikansi disiplin kerja dengan (0,000 < 0,05) dan kepuasan kerja dengan (0,000 < 0,05) maka hasil keputusan Ho ditolak, yang secara parsial disiplin kerja (X1) dan kepuasan kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y).
