Abstract

This research is to know the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price Book Value (PBV) to Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in property sub sector and Real estate company listed Indonesia stock exchange. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial ratios data obtained from publication reports Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The methodology used in this research is Panel Data Regression Analysis Method with Common Effect model and t-statistic hypothesis test to test the partial regression coefficient and f-statistic to test the significance of influence together with the level of significance is 0.05. From the results of the study found that CR has a significant positive effect to DPR means if the value of CR increases then causes a significant increase to DPR. ROA has an insignificant positive effect on the DPR means that if ROA increases then causes an insignificant increase in the DPR. DER has an insignificant positive effect on the DPR, meaning that if the DER value increases then it causes an insignificant increase to DPR. PBV has a significant positive effect on DPR meaning that if PBV increases then cause significant increase to DPR. Keywords: CR (Current Ratio), ROA (Return On Asset), DER (Debt to Equity Ratio), PBV (Price Book Value), dan DPR (Dividend Payout Ratio). Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Price Book Value (PBV) terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) pada perusahaan subsektor properti dan Real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berupa data rasio keuangan yang diperoleh dari laporan publikasi Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Metologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Analisis Regresi data Panel dengan model Common Effect dan uji hipotesis t-statistik untuk menguji koefisien regresi parsial serta f-statistik untuk menguji keberartian pengaruh secara bersama-sama dengan level signifikasnsi sebasar 0.05. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa CR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan artinya jika nilai CR meningkat maka menyebabkan peningkatan signifikan terhadap DPR. ROA berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap DPR artinya jika ROA meningkat maka menyebabkan penurunan signifikan terhadap DPR. DER berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap DPR artinya jika nilai DER meningkat maka menyebabkan peningkatan tidak signifikan terhadap DPR. PBV berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap DPR artinya jika PBV meningkat maka menyebabkan peningkatan signifikan terhadap DPR. Kata kunci: CR (Current Ratio), ROA (Return On Asset), DER (Debt to
