Abstract

Attendance and Salary are some of the most important factors in improving employee performance.The better the performance of employees will improve the quality of the company and help the company progress and development in achieving their goal. PT. PartnerBusiness Management Solution still uses manual Attendance Record and manual System process, which resulted in incorrect attendance records that will affect overtime calculations, and creating an inaccurate, ineficient and ineffective payroll. Therefore, the company needs a system to help employees in performing records and records. Keywords: Payroll, Attendance, Attendance Information System, Payroll Information System. Upah dan Absensi adalah beberapa faktor yang menjadi peranan penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Semakin baik kinerja karyawan akan meningkatkan kualitas perusahaan sehingga berdampak pada kemajuan dan perkembangan perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan. Pada PT. PartnerBusiness Management Solution masih menggunakan proses pencatatan kehadiran dan penggajian sacara manual, sehingga masih sering terjadi salah pencatatan kehadiran karyawan yang mempengaruhi perhitungan lembur serta penggajian menjadi tidak akurat, tidak efisien, dan tidak efektif. Untuk itu perlu adanya sistem informasi yang mempermudah karyawan dalam melakukan pencatatan kehadiran maupun kemudahan manajemen untuk mengolah perhitungan yang berkaitan dengan upah secara akurat, dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Upah, Absensi, Sistem Informasi Absensi, Sistem Informasi Penggajian
