Abstract

Consumer needs that require the existence of project management in order to run and finish in accordance with the provisions of PMBOK. The Project Management application is designed to provide solutions of all managerial issues in project management. During the research, system development was done by using waterfall development method. Problem analysis of the problems that occur is done using PIECES analysis, then the next system analysis is used to develop the application through UML (Unified Modeling Language) design. Testing method is done using blackbox testing where each feature will be given test script about input, process happened, until expected output form, starting with positive case until negative case.
