Abstract

In the era of globalization the need for information systems and technology is growing so rapidly that every agency needs a system in running its work activities to provide convenience for humans to complete their work tasks. Research conducted in PT Hasri Anekatama, research conducted in this company is to make the system to be able to present the required reports quickly, accurately, and effectively, the system is also built to accurate the operational activities, administration, maintenance and maintenance payload pengorderan vehicle for service there is an integrated system, effective and have quality information. Keywords: Information System, System Design, Vehicle Maintenance Report Di era globalisasi kebutuhan akan sistem informasi dan teknologi berkembang sangat pesat sehingga setiap instansi perusahaan membutuhkan suatu sistem dalam menjalankan aktifitas kerjanya untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi manusia untuk menyelesaikan tugas kerjanya. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT Hasri Anekatama, penelitian yang dilakukan di perusahaan ini yaitu membuat sistem untuk dapat menyajikan laporan yang dibutuhkan dengan cepat, akurat, dan efektif, sistem ini juga dibangun untuk mengakurasikan kegiatan operasional, administrasi, pembayaran beban pemeliharaan dan pengorderan kendaraan untuk dinas agar terjadi suatu sistem yang terintegrasi, efektif serta memiliki informasi yang berkualitas. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Perancangan Sistem, Laporan Pemeliharaan Kendaraan
