Abstract
PT. Matahari Department Store in applying the system of fulfillment of Human Resources (HR) still use semi computerized system. In addition, in the flow of the Employee Fulfillment (PPK) system in Matahari stores, it is ineffective because the division does not have the right to decide the decision on PPK, but within the system, this division enters the flow of the decision-making system. For that required a system that can manage the system to meet the needs of human resources to deal with various problems that become company difficulties. In the design of information systems needs of these human resources, researchers used waterfall method and modeling system, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language). So from these problems built Information Systems Needs Human Resources (HR) that aims to address the shortcomings and problems that occur in the system of human resource needs are running. Keywords : Human Resource, Employee, Division, Decision. PT. Matahari Department Store dalam menerapkan sistem pemenuhan kebutuhan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) masih menggunakan sistem semi computerized. Selain itu, didalam alur sistem Permintaan Pemenuhan Karyawan (PPK) ditoko-toko Matahari, tidak efektif karena adanya divisi yang tidak mempunyai hak untuk menentukan keputusan terhadap PPK, tetapi didalam sistem, divisi ini masuk kedalam alur sistem pengambilan keputusan. Untuk itu diperlukan sistem yang dapat mengelola kembali sistem pemenuhan kebutuhan SDM untuk menangani berbagai permasalahan yang menjadi kesulitan perusahaan. Dalam perancangan sistem informasi kebutuhan SDM ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall dan pemodelan system yang digunakan, yaitu UML (Unified Modeling Language). Maka dari permasalahan tersebut dibangun Sistem Informasi Kebutuhan SDM yang bertujuan dapat menangani kekurangan dan permasalahan yang terjadi pada sistem kebutuhan SDM yang sedang berjalan.
