Abstract

Chuck's Barbershop is a haircut service that is one of the growing business and plans to expand its business by opening outlets in every regions but Chuck's Barbershop itself still has some problems in data management and transaction reports. With the Point of Sales Application which consists of software designed in accordance with the needs and can be integrated with various support tools in order to help speed up the transaction process. The POS system designed includes buying and selling transactions, as well as commission calculation, goods and stock management processes, and transaction reports that are a requirement of Chuck's Barbershop and the owner can receive reports in real time. From the analysis of this research then implemented into a software form of Point of Sales Application. The results of this study are expected to help Chuck's Barbershop in the management of transaction and customer data reports. Keywords: Barbershop, Point of Sales, Transaction Chuck’s Barbershop merupakan tempat jasa potong rambut yang sedang berkembang dan berencana untuk memperluas bisnisnya dengan membuka outlet disetiap wilayah namun Chuck’s Barbershop sendiri masih memiliki beberapa masalah dalam pengelolaan data dan laporan transaksi. Dengan adanya Aplikasi Point of Sales yang terdiri dari software yang didesain sesuai dengan keperluan dan dapat diintegrasikan dengan berbagai alat pendukung agar dapat membantu mempercepat proses transaksi. Sistem POS yang dirancang mencakup transaksi jual beli, dan juga proses perhitungan komisi, manajemen barang dan stok, serta laporan transaksi yang merupakan kebutuhan dari Chuck’s Barbershop dan owner dapat menerima laporan secara real time. Dari analisis penelitian ini kemudian diimplementasikan menjadi sebuah perangkat lunak berupa Aplikasi Point of Sales. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu Chuck’s Barbershop dalam pengelolaan laporan data transaksi dan pelanggan. Kata Kunci : Barbershop, Point of Sales, Transaksi
