Abstract
Information technology is used as a supporting system in managing and running the business processes for the company. As a supporting system of the company's business processes, especially the distribution of Jakarta Raya, sub-division human resources in PLN Disjaya is claimed to be able to provide applications that can help business process internal distribution company in Jakarta, one of them is able to optimizing human resources for its work to set up Human Capital Readiness (HCR). Human Capital Readiness (HCR) is a structural and functional readiness reports in occupying the Office, whether someone who sits on the structural and functional Office has been in accordance with the competencies or not. The application is expected to ease while enhancing the performance of human resources in the preparation of the report of the HCR, then needed an information system that can be integrating areas that include the distribution of Jakarta in particular human resources in managing HCR online and expected to improve employees perfomance. Keywords: i-HCR, Human Capital Readiness,HCR Reports, website. Teknologi Informasi digunakan sebagai pendukung dalam mengelola dan menjalankan proses bisnis perusahaan. Sebagai pendukung proses bisnis perusahaan, utamanya Distribusi Jakarta Raya, sub-bidang Sumber Daya Manusia PLN Disjaya dituntut untuk mampu menyediakan aplikasi yang dapat membantu proses bisnis di internal kantor distribusi Jakarta Raya, salah satunya adalah mampu membantu bidang SDM dalam mengoptimalkan pekerjaannya dalam menyusun Human Capital Readiness (HCR). Human Capital Readiness (HCR) merupakan sebuah laporan kesiapan struktural dan fungsional dalam menduduki jabatannya, apakah seseorang yang duduk pada jabatan struktural dan fungsional telah sesuai dengan kompetensinya. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah sekaligus meningkatkan kinerja bidang SDM dalam penyusunan Laporan HCR, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat mengintergrasikan area-area yang mencakup Distribusi Jakarta Raya khususnya bidang SDM dalam mengelola HCR secara online dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.
