Abstract
With the rapid development of Technology and Information, the government is encouraged to provide information on employee administration affairs, it aims to improve employee performance and make it easy to receive all information from the center to remote places. Therefore, the geographical condition of Kepulauan Seribu District of DKI Jakarta Province which is surrounded by sea and separated islands, it is needed an application that can connect from one office to another office, or from the village office to the office of Badan Kepagawaian Daerah (BKD). Application Promotion Position Government Employees present to facilitate superiors in giving suggestions to increase or mutate employees from the previous place to a new place. In addition, the Office of Employee's Job Promotion Application also records employee presetation data within the Thousand Islands Government. It aims to build an integrated system and one-stop service in employee administration. In this thesis, the author uses the method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) which consists of the stages of system planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and management of application systems. keyword : Employee Information, Job Promotion Dengan berkembangnya Teknologi dan Informasi yang begitu cepat, pemerintah di dorong untuk memberikan informasi dalam urusan administrasi pegawai, hal ini bertujuan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan memudahkan dalam menerima semua informasi dari pusat sampai ke tempat-tempat terpencil sekalipun. Oleh sebab itu, kondisi geografis Kabupaten Kepulauan Seribu Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang dikelilingi lautan dan pulau yang terpisah-pisah, maka dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang bisa menghubungkan dari satu kantor ke kantor lainnya, atau dari kantor kelurahan ke kantor Badan Kepagawaian Daerah (BKD). Aplikasi Promosi Jabatan Pegawai Pemerintahan hadir untuk mempermudah atasan dalam memberikan usulan untuk menaikan atau mutasi pegawai dari tempat sebelumnya ketempat yang baru. Selain itu, Aplikasi Promosi Jabatan Pegawai Pemerintahan ini juga mencatat data presetasi pegawai dalam lingkungan Pemerintahan Kepulau Seribu. Hal ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem terpadu dan layanan satu pintu dalam administrasi pegawai. Pada Skripsi ini, penulis menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) yang terdiri dari tahap-tahap perencanaan sistem, analisa, desain, implementasi, pengujian dan pengelolaan sistem aplikasi.
