Abstract
Notary Office and PPAT Dr Mahmud Said SH. ME. is an office assigned to make original deeds related to land, and to provide legalization or validation of documents used for land purposes or affairs. For the current system of notarial offices and PPAT Dr. Mahmud Said SH. ME has difficulty storing files in archives, because it only uses books to record what is in the archive, so that if any files are needed it will take a long time to find the file, in other words the running system must be accelerated. The method used in the development of this system is SDLC method using waterfall method. For modeling system used in building this information system is using UML Diagram. The system is able to provide appropriate reports and in accordance with existing deed data that can be used by Notary to conduct monitoring of deed making. With the development of this system is expected to reduce the oversight in the filing of deeds that have been completed. Keywords: Monitoring System, Waterfall, archiving deed. Kantor notaris dan PPAT Dr Mahmud Said SH. ME. merupakan kantor yang bertugas untuk membuat akta asli yang berhubungan dengan pertanahan, serta memberikan pengesahan atau legalisasi terhadap dokumen yang digunakan untuk kepentingan atau urusan pertanahan. Untuk sistem yang berjalan saat ini kantor notaris dan PPAT Dr Mahmud Said SH. ME mengalami kesulitan dalam penyimpanan berkas dalam arsip, karena hanya menggunakan buku untuk mencatat apa saja yang ada dalam ruang arsip, sehingga jika ada berkas yang dibutuhkan mendadak akan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam mencari berkas terserbut, dengan kata lain sistem yang berjalan harus dipercepat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah metode SDLC menggunakan metode waterfall. Untuk pemodelan sistem yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem informasi ini adalah menggunakan UML Diagram. Sistem mampu memberikan laporan yang tepat dan sesuai dengan data akta yang ada yang dapat digunakan oleh Notaris untuk melakukan monitoring pembuatan akta. Dengan dikembangkannya sistem ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi ketidakawasan dalam melakukan pengarsipan akta yang telah selesai dikerjakan. Kata Kunci: Sistem Monitoring, Waterfall, pengarsipan akta.
