Abstract

Education is very important for the future of Indonesia's young generation today. To give birth to Indonesia's better gold generation, the teaching staff must have a benchmark of student values in the development of students' values and activeness commonly called Rapor. A report is a collection of final scores of subjects combined at the end of a semester each academic year. To produce student reports, the teacher will include the grades of all subjects as well as the student's attendance and notes. Penginputan value of pupils by teachers take a long time because the process is done manually. The Parents of Parents can only check the value or attendance at the end of the semester. With the problems - problems that occur, the researchers designed web- based and mobile report cards, where the application can facilitate users either from teachers, or from parents of students. One of the mobile operating systems used by smartphones is android. Android is an operating system for linux-based smartphones. One of the advantages android compared with other smartphone operating system is android is open source code so that people can create features that do not exist in the android operating system in accordance with the wishes. SMA YP BDN is one of the schools that have such problems. In this application the researcher hopes teachers and parents can easily see student's value quickly and accurately. Keywords : Repor, Web, Mobile, Smartphone, SMA YP BDN Pendidikan sangatlah penting bagi masa depan generasi muda Indonesia saat ini. Untuk melahirkan generasi emas Indonesia yang lebih baik, para tenaga pengajar harus memiliki sebuah tolak ukur nilai-nilai murid dalam perkembangan nilai dan keaktifan murid yang biasa disebut Rapor. Rapor adalah kumpulan skor akhir mata pelajaran yang digabungkan pada akhir semester setiap tahun akademik. Untuk menghasilkan laporan murid, guru akan memasukkan nilai semua mata pelajaran serta kehadiran dan catatan murid. Penginputan nilai murid oleh guru memakan waktu lama karena prosesnya dilakukan secara manual. Para Orang Tua Murid pun hanya bisa mengecek nilai maupun kehadiran di akhir semester. Dengan permasalahan – permasalahan yang terjadi, maka peneliti merancang aplikasi rapor berbasis web dan mobile, dimana aplikasi tersebut dapat memudahkan penggunanya baik itu dari guru, maupun dari orang tua murid. Salah satu sistem operasi mobile yang digunakan oleh smartphone adalah android. Android adalah sebuah sistem operasi untuk smartphone berbasis linux. Salah satu kelebihan android dibanding dengan sistem operasi smartphone yang lainnya adalah android bersifat open source code sehingga orang - orang dapat membuat fitur - fitur yang belum ada di sistem operasi android sesuai dengan keinginan. SMA YP BDN adalah salah satu sekolah yang terdapat masalah seperti itu. Pada aplikasi ini peneliti berharap guru maupun orang tua dapat dengan mudah melihat nilai murid secara cepat dan akurat.
