Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of DER, TATO and NPM to Dividend Payout Ratio. Samples were taken using purposive sampling. Total sample of 10 companies. Techniques data analysis was using multiple linear regression with panel data. This study used data from the annual financial statements for the years 2012-2016 by the study variable. The results of this study prove that Debt Equity Ratio is negative and significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over is positive and significant influence the Dividend Payout Ratio and Net Profit Margin is positive and significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio. The results of F test results simultaneously there is significant effect between Debt Equity Ratio, Total Asstes Turn Over and Net Profit Margin to Dividend Payout Ratio Keywords: Debt equity Ratio (DER), Total Asstes Turn Over (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh DER, TATO dan NPM terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio. Sampel diambil menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan pendekatan data panel. Penelitian ini menggunakan data laporan keuangan tahunan dari tahun 2012-2016 untuk tiap variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Debt Equity Ratio berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio dan Net Profit Margin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio. Hasil uji F secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Debt Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over dan Net Profit Margin. Kata Kunci : Debt equity Ratio (DER), Total Asstes Turn Over (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR)
